Registration Terms and Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to registrations for Coyote Program activities. Most registrations and payments are processed through Amilia, but in some cases certain activities may be paid for outside of Amilia (generally programs that are not eligible for the RL-24).

Administrative Fees (All Programs)
In the event of a cancellation, a $50 administrative fee will be applied per registration.
Registration Cancellation (Refund Rules)
Unless otherwise stated at the time of registration:
A) Cancellation 8 days or more before the start date

Refund of the amount paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.
B) Cancellation 7 days or less before the start date

We will keep 25% of the total program fee + the $50 administrative fee, and refund the remaining amount.
C) Cancellation after the program has started

A refund will be issued only if the spot is filled by someone else, and only for the remaining portion once the spot has been filled. The $50 administrative fee will apply.
Withdrawal for Medical Reasons
If a participant must withdraw from the program for medical reasons, a full refund may be granted upon presentation of proof from a healthcare professional.
Youth Programs: Trial Day
It’s possible to arrange a trial day before your child commits to the full program. Write to us and we’ll see what can be done.
Cancellation or Changes by Coyote Programs
In rare circumstances (e.g., low registration numbers, a guide’s illness, circumstances beyond our control), a program may be cancelled or modified. If that happens:

you will receive a refund for the day(s) cancelled, or
-
a make-up date may be offered.
Weather Policy
Being outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions is part of the experience.
However, a day may be cancelled if conditions are unsafe (e.g., severe storms, extreme winds, hazardous travel conditions, etc.).

Weekend programs: no refund for a weather-related cancellation. A make-up day may be offered.

Weekday programs: refund for the day(s) cancelled.
Arrival and Pick-up Times (Youth Programs)
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of the day, and pick up your child no more than 15 minutes after the end. Fees may apply in the case of repeated late arrivals/pickups.
Dangerous Behaviour
No repeated violent, aggressive, malicious, or dangerous behaviour will be tolerated. To protect participants and our team, removal from the program without a refund may apply if the situation does not improve.
Cultural Respect
We ask everyone to show respect toward Indigenous cultures and other cultures. Stereotyping, disrespect, or sharing cultural content without permission may result in removal from the program.
Acknowledgement of Risk (Plain-Language Version)
Nature-based activities can involve risks. While our team puts in place a framework, procedures, and ongoing safety management, by participating (or registering your child), you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow all safety rules and the team’s instructions.
Receipts and RL-24
Receipts and RL-24 slips (if applicable) will be available through the Amilia registration platform. To obtain an RL-24 slip, you must provide the Social Insurance Number of the child’s parent(s) at the time of registration.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada.
